Happy Friday! Let’s celebrate with some deliciously creamy and cheesy White Pizza with Roasted Garlic, Pancetta, and Herbs!
Is there anything better than pizza? Pizza is my favorite food, ever. I love how versatile it can be and the fact that majority of the time, it contains two of my favorite things – carbs and cheese. Pizza is such a great dinner to have on the weekends as it’s not that labor intensive, its great to splurge a little at the end of a long work week, and pizza is a meal that the whole family will enjoy (mine does weekly).
This white pizza with roasted garlic, pancetta and herbs is INCREDIBLY FLAVORFUL, with a roasted garlic cream sauce, sliced pancetta, a mix of parsley and basil, topped with a blend of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, the flavor combination is insane.
Majority of the time, my husband and I use a traditional red sauce as a base for our pizzas; however, this roasted garlic cream sauce should and will be utilized more as the base for our homemade pizza recipes. It can be used with a number of other toppings, including spinach, blue cheese, mushrooms, you name it, its a great starting point for those pizza pies!
This go around I kept it simple with sliced pancetta and a handful of herbs, and I am in awe of how easy it was to make and how flavorful it was. I hope you agree!

This delicious and easy white pizza will be a go-to recipe for you and your family every weekend!
- 1 pizza doughstore-bought or homemade (I use Bobby Flay's Pizza Dough recipe)
- 2tablespoons butter
- 2tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2cup heavy cream
- 1 small garlic bulb
- 1/2pound pancettasliced into thin strips
- 1/4cup basilroughly chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian parsleyroughly chopped
- 1/2cup Parmesan cheeseshredded
- 1 1/2cups mozzarella cheeseshredded
- 1teaspoon olive oil
